About Me

Aloha! I’m Rachel raised on the tales of Oahu’s past and the rhythms of its landscapes.

Oahu isn’t just a place I love; it’s a part of who I am. My journey on this island began at the age of three, and each day since has been an opportunity to deepen my relationship with the land and its history.

You never outgrow O’ahu: 25 years of my first and most recent trip to the island.

As your new [favorite] personal Oahu guide, my mission is to help you navigate the myriad wonders of this island paradise. From deciding the best time to visit, to uncovering the gems that lie off the beaten path, I’m here to provide a comprehensive planning approach so every aspect of your trip is perfect.

I know planning vacations can be stressful – but you deserve better! As I like to say, I will make planning your trip as easy as lying on the beach🏝️

Why O’ahu?

If you’re yearning for a place that offers both the buzz of the city and the tranquility of nature, O’ahu should be your next stop. One day you’re exploring the diverse districts of Honolulu, each with its own unique vibe, feasting on the freshest poke bowls.

The next day, you’re bronzing in the sunshine on the North Shore, snacking on some of its famous garlic shrimp from your new favorite food truck. It’s hard to imagine until you experience it – O’ahu truly offers it all.

From the thrill of surfing to the laid-back island life, O’ahu is a mélange of experiences. Snorkel with views of Honolulu in the distance, climb to the top of a volcano, or shop until you drop at one of the most luxurious shopping centers in the world.

On top of it all, you’ll find yourself immersed in a beauty and local culture like no other. I truly believe learning and understanding to honor the island is the first step to your trip.

You truly never outgrow Oahu. It’s for you, your parents, your children, and your friends. Come see for yourself.
